Presenter Paul Woody's 17 years of practicing law have been varied. Woody is a transactional attorney who spent seven years litigating. He has been a solo practitioner, in-house counsel and a partner at an AmLaw 200 firm. Woody's practice has also evolved from general practitioner to an area specialist. Woody even spent 6 years as the nation's only (he thinks) pool lawyer. Through it all, Woody has developed increased satisfaction, a strong practice, and a unique ability to relate to and advise clients.

Grant M. Gamm brings a strong background in finance and law to the Firm. A native of Missouri, Grant was born and raised in the scenic Lake of the Ozarks area. He earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Missouri State University before pursuing a law degree at the Saint Louis University School of Law.
During his academic journey, Grant enriched his education with international experiences. He has been an exchange student and worked in both the Netherlands and Switzerland. During his time at SLU Law, Grant clerked for the Missouri Court of Appeals and served as an editor for the SLU Law Journal, publishing an article on Data Privacy and Artificial Intelligence.
In his free time, Grant enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to new destinations, and exploring the outdoors through hiking.
Paul Woody is a partner at UB Greensfelder, LLP who specializes in franchise law. Woody is the former General Counsel for American Poolplayers Association, Inc., the franchisor of the world's largest amateur pool league. Woody is a Certified Franchise Executive and adjunct professor at Saint Louis University School of Law
