Description

We will walk through the basics of immigration law with a focus on business immigration law and humanitarian immigration law. This presentation will examine business immigration issues, including ICE worksite enforcement, work visas, and employment-based green card processes. We will also work through the basics of the VAWA self-petition and U visa processes available for victims of crime in the U.S. The goal of the presentation is to bring to light the latest updates and potential future changes in the U.S. immigration system.
