This program is designed to provide new and veteran practitioners alike with a working knowledge of the rights and responsibilities of housing providers and municipalities under federal and state Fair Housing law. Additional topics to be covered include how to analyze reasonable accommodation and reasonable modification requests and recent guidance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regarding assistance animals.
