This program offers insights into Missouri case law, Eighth Circuit decisions, and Supreme Court of the United States rulings. The focus is on the key developments highlighting the dynamic nature of employment law and the challenges presented for all who engage in employment litigation and policy matters. COVID-19 employment law considerations, ever evolving and ever changing, will also be addressed in a very pragmatic fashion. 

This program is designed for those who represent individuals, as well as those who represent companies. With respect to the representation of individuals as plaintiffs, the key developments will be essential to assessing and evaluating new cases. For those who defend companies, the insights provided will add to the strategic advice required in the context of employment litigation work. For those advise companies from a corporate counsel perspective, the program provides practical insights for assessing cases and providing valued guidance with respect to employment related matters.
