Breakout 9A | Simplified trial preparation: Giving the judge what they actually need


This session will cover tips, pointers, and practices gathered from family court judges focused on improving trial presentation. Topics covered include: Improving the quality and persuasiveness of key exhibits, understanding how judges "read" evidence that you submit, and making the most productive use of your time at trial, all with the goal of improving outcomes for your clients at trial.
