Immigration is the perfect confluence of law and politics, and has become very polemic in the United States as of late, since much misinformation, disinformation, and willful ignorance have come to cloud the conversation. Germán González Herrera and Rick Hein, both board members and past Presidents of the Hispanic Bar Association of Saint Louis, will speak on a few topics of interest covered under the very large immigration umbrella, with the intention of educating on this oft-misunderstood area, and an eye toward elevating the discussion based on law, facts, practice, and procedure.
