In this session, Bogdan Susan of Columbia will explore the Nuts and Bolts of Administrative DWI matters. Attendees will gain the basic knowledge necessary to review the Alcohol Influence Report, understand the basic elements of an Administrative Alcohol Case, the elements of the Chemical Refusal Case and the process of filing a Trial De Novo.
