Although lawyers are trained to be rational and dispassionate, our ability to express and act with compassion offers many benefits to our clients and to ourselves, while also solidifying and expanding our business relationships. This session will explore why compassion is important; how we can build our capacity and ability to be more compassionate; and, what we can offer to clients to meet their needs in this very difficult environment.
